Client's Descriptions : Our client is a 5-Star International Chain Hotel who has prestigious award among the best hotels in the world, reflecting the brand’s tradition of exceptional services amid luxurious surroundings. It wins five star rating awards from Forbes Travel Guide. It has about 360 luxury guest rooms, numerous high end F&B outlets and facilities such as spa, salon, swimming pools and others.

Location : Macau

Functions :

  • Prepare food items for all meal periods as per guest orders in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment
  • The ability to run the day to day operation of the station in the kitchen.
  • The ability to check and complete mise en place and pars and set-up the station.
  • The ability to complete requisitions, obtain proper signatures and submit to Supervisor
  • The ability to communicate with all Chefs regarding menu items, problem situations or shortages.

Requirements :

  • High school graduate and an apprenticeship, cooking school or culinary institute education.
  • Food & Beverage experience.
  • Must be able to communicate in either English or Cantonese languages.

Packages :
Monthly salary: MOP 10000 + MOP 500 (Housing Allowance) around RM4,300 + OT + Duty Meals + Flight Ticket + Medical + Insurance + other 5-Star Hotel Standard Benefits.
