Account cum Admin Assistant - Subang (Healthcare Management & Dental Equipment Planner)

Client's Description : Our client is a company specializing in Healthcare Management & Dental Equipment. Based in Taman Perindustrian SIME UEP, Subang Jaya, the company is young and dynamic growing rapidly. They provide comprehensive and unique solutions to dental healthcare providers, Hospitals, Ministry of Health, Turnkey Contractors or any organization who needs assistance on their dental healthcare or planning program.

Location : Malaysia

Functions :

  • Handle the day-to-day administrative duties in the company.
  • Provide general office administration support
  • To answer incoming calls, record and distribute messages accordingly
  • Monitor OT, annual leave, medical leave, petty cash claims and memo
  • Record keeping responsibilities for weekly/monthly sales and expense reports.
  • Maintaining customer records and growing the business.
  • Communicate and coordinate with sales and technical support team on daily operation.
  • To support operations including the preparation of Quotations, Invoices, Purchase Orders
  • Answer customer queries and follow up with sales quotes.
  • Handling of accounts and online banking

Requirements :

  • Min 1 year relevant experience in similar responsibilities i.e. clerical/administrative support
  • SMP/LCCI/Diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial Account or other relevant field
  • Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
  • Be able to be based in Subang Jaya

Package:

  • Basic Pay + OT when applicable + All statutory benefits + 5 Days Work/week
