Student Exchange and Exposure 17 – 20 July 2014
Chef Darren Tan and a team of culinary students recently returned from Singapore where they were invited to participate in a cultural culinary exchange programme organized by the Indian Chefs and Culinary Association (ICCA) Singapore.  This programme was held in conjunction with Singapore Food Festival 2014.

Chef Darren and students showcased their Indian-inspired menu during the fair. Students had the opportunity to experience the different influences of culture in food and cooking from the different countries participating at the fair. The international feel was further emphasized with visiting international chefs and expatriate chefs to Singapore.
