Students and staff of SHTCA gave a warm welcome to Chef Azhari on his visit to the school. Chef Azhari is the Executive Chef at Four Points by Sheraton and was previously the Executive Chef of the Grand Margherita Hotel in Kuching, Sarawak. As Chef Azhari was on campus throughout the month to conduct the hotel’s pre-opening menu development and food tasting, he was delighted to see budding chef students and meeting with chef lecturers. He conducted practical demo lessons in food plating, food presentation and developing a menu. This was a pleasant learning experience for the students as they had the opportunity to learn and acquire knowledge from Chef Azhari during his visit here. SHTCA gives thanks and their warmest appreciation to Chef Azhari for his time and sharing of knowledge to students and staff here.
