SHTCA Dip-PCT students came home with Silver medals, Bronze medals, diplomas and certificates when they competed in the IASC 2013 organized by IKIP Culinary Skills Centre on 22-24 April 2013. This competition was held in Kuantan, Pahang and attracted participants from colleges, school, hotels, foodservice organizations. According to students, they were happy to be able to get the experience required, as practice and preparation for other competitions in the future. Chef Yuzrem Ezri, Chef Aravinthan and CAM Pg Chefs trained students for this event.
