SHTCA staff was delighted to host 55 Thai school children, for a fun baking workshop. Chef Chuah Lay Yen captured their hearts with a variety of healthy cookie and cupcake recipes at the workshop.

The school children were given an opportunity to try out preparing the pastry items during this educational workshop, with the assistance of 4 ‘big brothers and sisters’ who are currently Dip-PCT students.
