Venue: St. Xavier’s Secondary School, Penang

Final year Diploma in Professional Chef Training students volunteered to cook and provide assistance for charity at St. Xavier’s Charity Food Fair at their school in Penang Road, supervised by Chef Yuzrem Ezri. Student volunteers prepared approximately 250 pieces of swiss rolls, cheesecakes and cream puffs for sale during this event, which was sold out by the end of the day.
