SHTCA Dip-PCT students and lecturer came home with five medals during this international competition. Our students and lecturer competed in the junior and professional category, which featured individual and team events for practical classes in Hot Cooking. This international competition was open to professionals and junior participants from all over the world.

Our team came home with one Silver and four Bronze medals. According to our students, participating in this event proved to be a valuable learning experience and gave our students the necessary exposure to compete in other competitions in the future. Students were thrilled to have had the opportunity to be involved in this event, as well as to meet many industry professionals from various hotels.
