Students and staff of SHTCA gave a warm welcome to Chef Shaun Leonard on his visit to the school. Chef Shaun is the Executive Chef and Head of Food & Beverage at IMI, and has been with IMI for the past 8 years. As this is Chef Shaun’s second time visiting the campus, he was delighted to see familiar faces and also to meet with new lecturers. He conducted practical lessons in Food Production, Patisserie, Bakery, Butchery, Garde Manger and Larder to students of the IMI Diploma in Professional Training programme. He also conducted talks on studying in IMI Switzerland. This was a pleasant learning experience for the students as they had the opportunity to learn and acquire knowledge from Chef Shaun during his visit here. SHTCA gives thanks and their warmest appreciation to Chef Shaun for his time and sharing of knowledge to students and staff here.
